Responsibilities
  • Manage critically ill patients and provide routine and emergency coverage in the ICU.
  • Perform procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, IV access, and ventilator management.
  • Conduct daily rounds, update treatment plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Adhere to clinical safety, infection control, and hygiene protocols.
  • Coordinate with consultants and the multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care.
  • Manage ICU admissions and protocols.
  • Follow departmental on-call and duty schedules.
